White Red Architects chose classic “racing green” as the main theme, a colour well represented in the historic neighbourhood of Covent Garden. Inspiration for the soft but architectural space was also drawn from the Victorian ironwork of the windows of nearby London Transportation Museum, creating a heritage feeling in this modern office. Out of the 800 sqm project, 210 sqm feature Artisan Quartz and Artisan Slate Bolon flooring.
“We chose Bolon as it gave us durability in the kitchen area and provided a cool contrasting finish against the other finishes.” Says the responsible architect at White Red. With a 10-15 year warranty, Bolon flooring is undoubtedly a great choice for high traffic spaces such as receptions and offices and The Royal London is no exception.
