En Bar Bara – Greenhouse / Design Bar
This year’s Greenhouse bar, “En Bar Bara,” designed by All Matters Studio, offers a calm space in the fairground's buzz. The design language of the duo is characterised by simplicity and letting the materials speak for themselves. By focusing on pure shapes, they create interiors with expression rather than featuring the latest trends. Find some peace of mind and experience our Elements collection inventively—as flooring, walls, and seating furniture specifically designed for the bar, in a colour palette reminiscent of nature.
Plastic Perspectives – Greenhouse
C18:50
The exhibition Plastic Perspectives explores humanity’s relationship with the lightweight material, which, despite its short history, has come to play a pivotal role in our modern society. Through design, art, and architecture, the exhibition examines the complex role of plastic in our lives and explores when and why plastic should be used.
Based on years of research, the exhibition highlights the need to care for everything we produce, encouraging a shift in perception: from seeing plastic as disposable and ugly to recognizing its potential as a refined material worth preserving. It also questions the human desire to colour plastic despite knowing this complicates recycling and takes a critical look at agriculture, food systems, and recycling practices.
The exhibition features flooring from Bolon and displays work by ten artists using diverse methods to reflect on the theme. Crafted from industrial plastic waste, recycled polyester textiles, plastic floors, and plastic-free paint, it demonstrates the material’s varied textures, colours, and possibilities.
The exhibition includes:
Kristin Leibel, Kristian Andréason, Sogol Baghban, Melissa Ciardullo, Ebba Lindgren, Johan Löfgren, Pontus Johansson, Gabriel Stuart, Nkuli Mlangeni-Berg, Kajsa Willner. The works are inspired by the research programme STEPS (Sustainable Plastics and Transition Pathways), which is led by Lund University. Exhibition design and curator: Julia Hertzman, Formprocess. Exhibition production: Noomi Egan, Lund University, Julia Hertzman, Formprocess and Anna Gudmundsdottir, Form/Design Center.

A central feature of the exhibition is the bar and café area, showcasing Johanson’s Classic series, including tables, chairs, and bar stools.
