INSPIRATION

Canvas

Canvas, providers of serviced offices, joined forces with Buildgen to undertake a comprehensive refurbishment of their entire building, resulting in a remarkable 12,500 square feet of transformed space.

From the lower ground floor to the 5th floor, Buildgen embraced the concept of open space by exposing the ceilings, maximising floor-to-ceiling height. Each floor was thoughtfully divided to cater to the unique needs of Canvas' clients. Notably, the lower ground level features a spacious communal tea point, complete with meeting rooms, built-in booths, and single phone pods. To infuse the space with natural light, Buildgen strategically installed skylights between the lower ground floor and the level above, creating an uplifting and invigorating atmosphere.

In line with Canvas' vision, future-proofing the design was a top priority. Flexibility was paramount, allowing for seamless alterations in office sizes and the addition of meeting rooms to accommodate evolving client requirements. This involved meticulous attention to lighting and mechanical design, ensuring a harmonious and adaptable workspace. Every detail was meticulously considered, Bolon, Truly, I See You was incorporated into the project including communal tea points on the lower ground and Botanic, Library in the lift.
